How to Balance Hormones in Women
As women, as I've studied hormones in more detail, I realized that talking things out actually really like can have a hormonal change in us. And so yes, it can be as simple as talking to someone and if you don't have anyone to talk to, you can literally just talk to yourself. When you're going about your day and you're doing the laundry and all of a sudden you feel angry, stop and say out loud, I'm feeling angry right now and it's okay. And then kind of just pause and see what else comes up and see where that comes, you know, like, just, oh, you just start working with it.
