Laziness isn't a sign of lethargy, it's a sign that your trying to do too much. Action is not morally superior to inaction and we don't need to be experts on every issue. We can take a step back and cultivate nourishing relationshipse which will make us more resilient. And we can learn to trust others and to stop judging ourselves for being lazy.
