What Does Your Child Like Doing?
When i observe them, they tend to be the children who like to touch and feel and explore everything. So it's about trusting your child that they're doing what they need to be doing. I have a picklear triangle in my class room where they can go in and a get cosy, or climb. There's also an area where they can dance and play music as well. Built into so many of the monster activities is lots of movement. And then i can show them how to lift up anything with big movements too. Sometimes i've seen, you know, children move chairs and furniture, and the parents don't even notice! It's really ok. We just do our best
