How to Deal With Mental Pain

When we're talking about discomfort or pain, it is not necessarily physical pain in our body. It can be a discomfort of mentally having to do X, Y or Z. Sometimes that might even be you know you have to do X like this work project. So I want to go through that. This is how I learn actually. And this is how I grew by like facing this every day. But my tips aren't always like if you want to race,. If you want to have a good race, what would you do? Like my nutrition. Or I would like go for a negative split, taking the first part as very slow and then pushing for the last part.
