High intensity interval training is when we use traditional aerobic slash endurance type activities, cycling, running, elliptical, swimming. The major responses that we see are enhanced aerobic capacity and increased ability to transport and utilize oxygen. And so absolutely we can then see an enhancement or improvement in cardiac function.
