I think, you know, I think a lot of these insights are about self control. And the other issue we didn't mention when we talking about the mantra or the habituation of good habits is trying to gain some self control. Which is part of growing up. One of the one example is the line you have, don't ruin an apology within excuse. That was something that I wish I had known earlier, because a lot of the stuff I came late to these understandings, and that wassomething that I had to see people do.
