The Customer Experience Is a Big Part of Your Business

Team and personal management as the title, but i think when you add business in there, part of your team, part of the personal, is the customer experience. It lees to be as simple as possible. I was going to say, linking that to my research recently, cognitive load. When it comes to something new, you don't want too much load, because they have to think loads. So finding those tools that it's just easy to use is very useful.
