Relational Therapy - Is That Your Job?

I think a lot of clients understandably fantasize about that being our job. Like imagine if the decision to end a marriage came from us. I very much am about getting in the mud of not knowing with them versus like coming in and guiding them in any particular direction. If I've worked, especially if I've worked with someone for a long time or I'll be like, what do you want me to say right now? And then they can do it themselves because sometimes they are like, can this, can she just tell us to break up so that I don't have to say it?"
