Work-Matched Intervals Are Not Enough to Improve Performance
Ronstad: A lot of these studies are disingenuous or a gross misinterpretation of data at best, or not understood by their authors at worst. The one we're going to talk about is called super performance improvements in elete cyclists following short intervals versus effort matched long intervals training. We see more power at four milla mole of blood lactate in the in the 30 15 group, the h i t group. It's kind of hard from where i sit now to do that.
