How to Train for a Marathon

A lot of people in the effort to try do well are actually then say it say a 1500 is like 80% aerobic, 20% anaerobic. They they're still very aerobic, even if it's a three and a half minute race. So there are a lot of people spending too much time in that 20% zone and not enough time in the 80% zone. You just have to be aware of it. It takes no more time or effort to do the right training as a wrong training. And you've trained their like say aerobic system even differently than you'll use it,. especially the longer ones.
