Is There a Certain Personality Trait in the Education Industry?
Do you think a lot of people in the industry have a certain personality trait that makes them more prone to burn out? It's hard to disassociate that from the field we're talking about. I feel like there's other factors at play to burnout, not just long hours and low pay. That is a major factor, but I think there's so many other things that we can, that are a result of burnout.
