Do you use spread sheets? I do not, but there is a wonderful wok by jenifer evis just about that. And this is the mythodology i follow in a very basic, like, one minute explanation form. It's about making sure that you are able to have specific categories based on what you need. So it can be desired outcomes. It can be paint points, plus hesitations, plus motivations,. Like, why do they decide to purchase a license, for example, plus memorable phrases. Then, yes, you do have to copy and paste a lot, but it's all worth while... between review mining and actual customar research.
