"This is a microcosm of what I feel like happens. You know how during COVID, you would walk into a restaurant and they're like, there's a QR code on your table," he says. "I'm just like, are we not as menus no longer thing here? Or does it someone going to say, hey, I know it kind of sucks?" He adds that the concept of a shortage of workers is about to change with more companies laying off people.
