Most lipidologes would not be, but they just have not studied the data like they should. Even if what we're just talking about is pure hypothesis, what harm would you be doing by lessening the dose of astatn and substituting a little azetamibe? Or if they could afford you can make the case if it was free as pravis staton for god's sake. I don't think i've gone back and looked at the trials. Did the trials show an increase in trans aminases with that combo? No. So right now we're not going to use that, except for people who can afford it, or ore nightmare patients where a third party
