Prior to 2020, nearly all of my speaking engagements were in person. None of the events were recorded because we really didn't have the tech tools to make it work. These types of one off events give you a chance to learn about a topic and then hopefully you go apply it to your courses. But these one on done events don't really allow for flexibility or choice.
