The Comfort of Asking a Question

I just want the church to think about how we make our neighbors feel safe to express who they are. I know a lot of my white friends that are scared to ask the question because they feel like even asking questions is is offensive might be offensiveYeah and they're worth they might offend just asking the question so there are some that are nervous on one side and then others that are nervous in things. In the end we're just going to have to give each other grace right and say for you are still the answer if you don't help us we not go be helped right?
