Introduction

First Corinthians 14, what we're looking at, is part of this three chapter movement in the letter that Paul deals specifically with spiritual gifts. The person who speaks in a tongue builds himself up, but the one who prophesies builds up the church. We'll go and take a seat. So, prophecy is up on the docket for this week. If nothing happens at the prayer night, tongues will be up next week.
