Aren't There a Lot of Town Halls?

Othete: Most justices speak in fairly uncontrolled settings, you know, unless theyare writing books. The other thing that's going on right now is, obviously we are seeing a wave of voter expression in state legislatures. We're starting to see the states really dig into the britistriting process. And people don't realize that this will set the course of American politics for the next decade.
