The Responsibility of Access

SNH was charged with making people aware of their rights. The responsible part of the access is sometimes the bit that people forget, even to this day. A very big advertising campaign went ahead over the few months before the passed legislation. We got up, I think at the time, to over 70% of the population on surveys got it. Now I would put money on the percentage being much lower today because we haven't sustained that education campaign.
