The Capacity to Charge a 100 Dollar Fee on Containers Is in Suspension
The number of containers that are sitting at the ports, waiting to be loaded on to trucks or rail is down something like 60 %. One of the reasons, or the big reason, those are down because you have threatened to impose this charge, this 100 dollar fee,. My question is, why not just start imposing that fee? Why just have the threat of it?
