How to Overcome Fear of Death
Buddhist practitioners are working to overcome their fear of death. Buddha did famously in a sutter, a fear and dreads, so he paced up and down the jungle. And by doing that, he overcame fear. So, and this is, I think probably what you, maybe you're getting outside in the Joti is that there will be fear in looking at death. Going to the channel ground is a very, very strong way to look at that fear and look at it in its proper context.
