As mentors, we become role models. When I treasure the loveliness of values, greatness of thoughts, civility of life, and honor in my treatment of others, people who come into contact with me will draw from the beauty I have invested there. All of these images offer us an example of what role we as parents, as teachers, as friends, as disciples might play in the lives of important people who come to us.
