Niko's mother and niko wanted to fight this burglary charge, because that was not what he did. According to niko, he thro evandalized the place. He threw a brick through a a glass window. The mob and the defence attorney are like, ye, he's probably not staying out of trouble for five years straight. Let's let him serve this eight months. Get it over with. This tough he's going to be locked upwith what should have been his senior year at high school. But he does earn his g e d while in jail. And then he was released in may of two thousand and 11 one.
