"Drop sets is a perfect example because it actually suffers from all of the problems that we're likely to see if we were to compare drop sets with say kind of rest pause, you know, my reps. "I still think I think I dropped that can be effective but I think setting it up to where you do say four or five reps from the first set and then doing a minor drop on the second set or third set," he said.
