How the Treasury Gets to the X-Day
There has been a lot of questions as to how exactly the treasury gets to this date or timeframe, including from congressional Republicans. Janet Yellen herself actually left the door open to delaying that in her tweets. So haven't really been able to see a lot of transparency, but it looks like they're hedging now and opening up the door to move that date back.
