God, What Do You Want Me to Know?
One of the things that really changed the way I do life coming back from sabbatical were those two questions. God, what do you want me to know? What do you want us to do? It was so simple. And it has brought me back into work in a much more calm, relaxed way because I don't feel the pressure to come up with everything all the time. "I'm teaching my team on like, this is just what we're going to do all the time," he says.
