Are We Going for Space Wars?

Are we heading for space wars? Russia's freedom to blow up its own satellite highlights that the rules in space are not enough. Jonathan mac dowell, astro physicist at the harvard smithsonian centre for physic says there may be just enough time to take action. The earth is getting 85 thousand, 900 tons lighter each year. And so i think there's a chance that we can move back from the brink and go back to a more peaceful way of using outer space.
