I've Never Heard of a Leader Who's Always Real

i used to be so self conscious, and i used to think that i had to have all the answers as a leader. And then I realized everyone has these insecurities. Every one, you know, no one's perfect. People make mistakes, and you can'thave all the answers. By just being open and honest and coming out there, i've had such a great response from people. No one thinks badly of me that i don't have this answerso it's really been a huge learning thing.
