i think true behaviour, chane is actually identity change. Once you adopt an identity, adopt a particular belief, you're not even really pursuing behaviour change any more. You're just acting in alignment with the type of person you already believe that you are. So it's there. It's like a lot of things, i think it's a question of, like, what is the ratio of that in your life? Om you know, but what ratio is helpful or useful?
