The Most Depressing Episode of World Caster Ever

It really bothers me when people outsource all of their evil empires or their evil actions. It's an item, the most depressing episode of World Caster Ever. I think that it would be interesting to see one that's falling because it just isn't adapting. And they don't use humans to do evil in their setting. Please use them.
