Is There a Difference Between Exercise and Sleep?

High levels of cortisol, chronically elevated cortisol, chronic inflammation. I think that these can blunt the response to exercise. Some exercise doing some kind of exercise is better than not doing any. Focus on progression is important as opposed to people that have done the same thing over and over again while they're still exercising. And once you stop doing that, you really begin to backside or do yourself a disservice.
