Stress Is a Part of Life

i, like i said earlier, stress is a part of life. It's how we grow. It actually how we find new ideas and implement new ways of doing things. We want to be sure to not demonize stress. If we can detect our own signs and sensations of early stress, we can not go down the worm hole. And this is what we learn when we pay attention and we become aware. A lot of that awareness comes from many of the things we do here, and specifically from slowing your life down enough at least once a day in a time of meditation.
