I love that you sort of pivoted here and and Zen said slow down and and be more present and think more deeply. And and it turned out to be the right thing for you. I do feel that this discovery that we can make in, you know, deep spiritual or contemplative training that our sense of self is actually an illusion. So with that in mind, when we serve ourselves, we're probably serving in a sense the wrong thing because it's not really there to be served in the way we thought if you see what I mean.
