i agree. It's really that with falter's work, i just, im so excited about about the prolonged fasting and the potential benefits of it. I think people should definitely be active, especially if they're eating protein and oreven hi carbohydrate or something that' kind to produce a lot of insolene. But people do. They're eating them. That's another change in my belief system, i think, versus, i don't know, five or six years ago, i didn't think exercise was that important. And now i guess, in many ways, i'm a little more adamant about it with my patients.
