People now spend the average of 11 hours a day engaging on digital media. The phone has interrupted this vital decision-making analysis tool which is boredom. It's a constant stimulation and this is strongly linked to borne out stress and anxiety. I need to be bored, I'll be completely honest with you. This is why I'm working so hard on building my schedule and really optimizing my schedule. I need time to sit. I needs time to let ideas come to life, to let them germinate.
