A goal could be a series of projects that have to be completed throughout the year in furtherance or in the achievement of that goal. I like to have goals that are really tangible. Like write a book, okay, that's something I can really get my teeth into. And chapter seven, and you know, getting the editing done or whatever, these are sub projects of that goal of thatGoal.
