Is There a Profit and Loss Environment?

The Baltimore Country Squad was a hit squad that would rob drug dealers. The only one I ever hear about is the guy who they wrote training day about. If you're going to have a profit and loss, you don't have to make a quote unquote profit. And if all you do is destroy resources all day long, that doesn't matter because you're being subsidized anyway. It actually costs revenue to go chase that thief. But I can sit here on the highway all day and stop people for 10 miles over the speed limit.
