In the twentieth century, 500 million people died from smallpox. Almost everybody in w h o thought that we were crazy. By the time we got there, there were only four countries that still had smallox. And of course, the good science, the bit drop of all of this, i want to think you larry forgot. Back in zero 20 17, doctor larry brilliant joined us to discuss his memoir sometimes. Brilliant told us about his personal experience on the front lines battling smallpox in india.
