The Working Genius of Discipline

Tracy: I'm curious three of you have the working genius of discernment. It means that you love the elevation of that discernment process, right? You're good at that phase of work. Do you think it's a trap that people with discernment do is they might want to keep talking about it, keep analyzing it because it's fun.? Tracy: That doesn't mean it's the best use of time though. Sometimes it's like, let's move on and start focusing on what we're going to do about the decision rather than evaluating it.
