Podcasting

A podcast is always a conversation. And I think a podcast suits that conversation to like process through information and allow you to reflect where you're at with a lot of things. The questioning and the real reflective practices are easier in this kind of content versus a Twitter post. In terms of like what we're doing, this is more there is interaction between two people, whereas on a YouTube video, there isn't quite that.
