In her book she argues that christian nationalism is not a religious creed, but an your view of political ideology. She says it's really an anti democratic movement, anti pluralist, anti equality. It basically says the united states is founded on the bible, and can succeed only if it stays true to this foundation. And it's also a device for mobilizing and manipulating large segments of the population by getting them to vote for certain political candidates.
