How Do You Define a Process?

A process is something that we target that orients the person towards adaptive and even vital outcomes. So dynamic means that it changes like allowing and accepting emotions can start to change people's lives. Progressive is the next feature of a process, this means that the thing you're targeting is often ordered. For some people, experiential acceptance work targeting that process may come much later. A motivational process might be super early with a mandated client.
