Nick Kripke: I think one of the things that's a design Kryptonite for me is this sort of notion that like, you know, in a lot of organizations, they have. And so we as designers tend to swing the pendulum so hard the other direction. He says sometimes people get very defensive when their design starts to change from what their original intent was.
