I Want My Audience to Understand Blank

i run into this with some of my students and some of my clients, where they will come to me for help prepping a speech. And i find it really helpful to kind of drop the expectation of convince them too. So rather than going in thinking, i'm going to make this person go from a to z, shift your mind set and give yourself different words that will help you frame your approach.
