"I don't know the answer and i don't seek to be able to explain it. I just own that i was there," she says of her work as a doctor. "Narrative medicine is really a powerful way for us to process our emotions" She believes more medical students should start writing down their patients' stories. 'If we all started, not all of us are writers, but if we start doing that more often, i think that there's something to be said for that'
