The Rise of Hamas in the West Bank

Hamas did their best. This is what we achieved. Is there much? Well, how much back and forth interaction cooperation is there between like Gaza and the occupied territories when it comes to all of this? I know that Hamas is been on the rise quite a lot in like the West Bank, Jerusalem. I guess that's ramped up. Like, has it? Has it ramped up? Lately no. My sense is that the connections between the two are loose.
