i don't think we understand the depth of christ desire to be intimate with us. We're all ashamed of our let's be honest, like that's why we try so hard to hide them. But what jesus is showing us in his wounds, as he takes on our temptation,. He takes or suffering. He takes on being pierced, he takes on scourging and spit upon. And it's, i mean, can't we say that's the beautiful paradox of christianity? That no matter where the enemy come to steal, kill and destroy, that is in the very places where the enemy is come to destroy us, that jesus comes to bring us life
