Are There Any Bad Reading Habits That You Should Not Do?

Be particular with your environment when you read. You are not going oing to have distractions. I prefer my phone either not in the room, or at least turned over so that the screen is not facing up. One of the worst things for comprehension and retention is a mobile device. So try some of those things, whether that's closing the door,. Whether that's a irregular spot, where that's noise cancelling, headphones and a nap to counter those things.
