I'll Just Own I'm Frustrated
When i'm in a facilitator seat it's very easy for me to actually get excited, because i see that as a learning opportunity. I think probably the challenge for the der whose self facilitating in a situation like that is they're probably pretty frustrated too. And so if i can encourage them to pay attention to the unfolding that's happening in the room right now, then there's an opportunity for the system to see itself and make different choices.
