The Role of AI in Society
There's pros and cons of making AI as human-like. People are talking about these hallucinations. We can't trust AI because they hallucinate or they lie. And it's like, well, humans do that all the time. That's not necessarily something that should preclude AI from existing... But we can eliminate some of those things. The places where we cannot avoid them being very similar to us is basically exactly in the level or cost or explained by epistemology.
